morenachica, what do you eat to lose weight sooo fast???

please share your menu for when you did it first time round in 2007.

always get bored on induction but for losses like yours it would be worth getting bored for 5lbs a week loss wow!!!
 
Hey there cambridge diet08, I usually eat in the mornings maybe 1 or 2 devil eggs, lunch is usually a meat, hamburger, turkey or some type of meat with a salad and veggie. dinner the same as lunch but maybe a different veggie..

I drinks tons of water maybe 4 liters or more a day. I'm also active, I hike at least once on the weekends and that is usually 6/7 hours hiking 3 hours there and 3 hours back. I generally lose weight quickly, it's something about me when I start. It's the eating habits that I need to change this time around..
