New to this how many points in a fillet steak

Hi I'm new to this could someone tell me how many points would be in a 8/10 oz fillet steak fried in a little oil?

 

[Tonic]

8oz fillet = 8pp
10oz fillet = 10pp
Olive oil = 1pp per teaspoon
Sunflower oil is the same
