hoping for a good loss
Well after many years of yoyo dieting and trying every diet under the sun I have decided that I really need to lose weight. Is my husbands 40th next year and I don't want to be fat for his special day. He loves me as I am and keeps telling me this, but I need to do this for me.
Went to the doctors last Friday and asked for some help and she has prescribed Xenical. Have read the sticky at the top of this forum and am a little apprehensive. Am scared of being Tango'd, am scared of failing AGAIN and am scared of always being fat.
Have decided to start afresh, so come Monday morning the tablets come out and the diet kicks in, will also stop smoking. Will be off to Tesco to shop and now just need to get some ideas what to buy lol
I really have no idea what to have for lunch. I am a sarnie and crisps gal, but need to look at something else. Ideas please.
Also, do I need to look at calories as well as fat in everything?
Am rubbish at exercise, but am off to join up with the gym after summer holidays are over. Will spend the summer walking with the kids, although their pace is a little slower than what I need to burn off fat.
