New to this - where to start?

Hi I started LL last year and lost 4 stone, I've now but 2 back on and want to loose the 2 again I don't want to go back to LL and would prefer a healthy eating plan so I get used to it.

Can I ask for some advice on how to get started?

I've gone to Sainsburys this morning and bought some food, low cal snack bars and crisps, is it as simple as adding all the calories together? and keeping a tally?

Hi

Yes basically thats what you need to do, but make sure you are getting your calories from all food groups.

I use the website Food Focus to keep track of my calorie count for the day.
