Hi everyone,

I had lost 20lbs back in March 2008 but then I had a brain haemorrhage and stroke, almost did not make it but pulled through.

I have now gained the 20lbs back and trying to lose weight again, it's very slow this time as I am
unable to do much exercises but never the less I am going to give my best.

I am doing my own thing really as I feel that is best for me and so far I have lost 18lbs. I have to have further brain surgery in the summer but I am too afraid to have that done, I have already cancelled one surgery in October last year because of fear but I know I have to have this done but before I go under the knife I like to lose some weight.

Tasnim
