Hello all!
I just joined this forum and wanted to introduce myself. I'm Justine and I've been dieting for what seems like forever. I can't wait to meet u all and look forward to all of the positive support I know I'll find here.

Youre doing fantastically well so far, what diet are you on
 
I'm not on any certain diet, I've just been eating lots of veggies and fruits, writing everything I eat down, watching calories and working out about 5 days a week. Its taken me awhile to do what I've done so far. I'm at a hard breaking plateau right now so I have to keep myself motivated.
