Thankyou!! its awesome to know someone else is at the exact same point! Apparently after 4 days your blood sugar levels drop and you stop craving all those naughty treats....Lets see if they are right!

Hope that is true! I'm on day two so I'm looking forward to craving less food! Looks like you're doing really well though! :)

thankyou! I was pleased, although went a little mad at the weekend :/ probably because I had a good loss. Also I haven't been keeping my diary on here which is not good!! so here we go again, back on track :)

I made a huge batch of 0 point vegetable soup which I'm going to take to lunch with me this week, as I'm finding it so difficult to stay within my points limit when I have a good lunch at work!
