New to WW

Hi All,

I started WW on Thurs - I have just over a stone to lose.. (I did lose 3 stone on the cambridge diet - and put half a stone(ish) back on)..

Does WW really work? I allowed 18 points a day and it feels like a lot of food!!!

I suppose after being on shakes, 3 meals a day is a lot lol...

Any tips would be a big help!

Welcome to WW. Yes it absolutely really does work.

To be honest 18 points isn't a huge amount and you'll eat them no problem ;)
 
Hi i lost 3 stone on Cambridge, tried to get back on it but just cant now on WW its so much better!!! Good Luck xxxxxxx
 
Welcome to WW and congrats on your brilliant loss so far! I agree with Starlight, 18 points isnt a massive amount and you'll eat them no problem. Enjoy eating them :) x x

I am really enjoying WW, it is def slower losses but I know I can enjoy foods again:rolleyes: I went a bit crazy after CD:(
