Wow - you're doing really well. I sign up for WW tomorrow - looking forward to it but a little nervous! Have been following SW for last year and lost 2 st with 7lbs creeping back - need a change as SW to free with portions sizes and I need to be a little stricter with myself. Will defo take a look at your food diaries for inspiration
Well done!! I have WI on thursday night but had a cheeky look at the scales this morning and it's saying a 3lbs loss!! Really hoping for 2lbs now at WI.
