New to WW

I am new to all this and have had more starts than a bloody race car! However... I really have got my finger out now. I was dithering as to whether to do CD again but it just does not seem normal not to eat a yoghurt or some porridge instead of a shake. Sooo going to really give it my best shot.

My favourite diaries to read are Starlights and Ireneh.

How do I work out this 10% weightloss target like Irene is doing? I am crap at maths. Is there a website that does that for you with weight? I have alot to lose and dont want to post it on here!!

Hi and welcome. Your 10% is worked out by dividing your weight in pounds by 10 so if you were 12 stone 4, for example, your weight in pounds would be 172 (12 x 14 + 4) so your 10% would be 17lbs.
