I hope I'm posting this in the right place...

Morning all :)
I'm getting back on the wagon today. I've always done red or green days but have decided to give extra easy a go. I understand I need to have a third veg/fruit at each meal and 1 HEA and 1HEB a day. But a few questions? Can I still snack in between meals on things like chicken/ lean ham? Can I have as many meals as I like a day as long as I inc a third veg/fruit? How many syns am I allowed? I'm doing this from home so don't have a group to ask.
Also what are ppls losses on EE? I was losing 3/4lbs on red/green is it the same?
Sorry if this has all been asked before, I did do a search but couldn't find these answers.
