New week - new tactic

    *Target for the week is to eat something different everyday and hopefully lose 3.5lb*

    THURSDAY (green day) Total of 0 syns

    Breakfast: Beans with 3 extra light laughing cows and a SW fried egg;
    Lunch: Pasta with very low fat cottage cheese, cucumber, pepper and onion, followed by an apple;

    Snack: Pear, apple, muller light, and an orange;

    Dinner: Mushy pea curry with jacket potato;

    1 HEa = Milk with drinks and
    2 HEa = Extra light laughing cows
    HEb = None :(


    FRIDAY (green day) Total of 3.5 syns

    Breakfast: Beans, 2 EL laughing cows, SW fried egg and mushrooms;

    Lunch: Potato, FF cottage cheese, cucumber, pepper and onion, followed by an apple later on;

    Afternoon Snacks: WW yoghurt, banana, and an apple;

    Dinner: Veg stir-fry with rice made with leeks, carrot, mushrooms and onions. Finished with home-made SW cheesecake [3.5 syns];

    Supper: 1 slice 800g wholemeal bread, 1 laughing cow and a SW fried egg.

    1 HEa = Milk with drinks
    2 HEa = Extra light laughing cows
    1 HEb = 1 slice 800g wholemeal bread


    SATURDAY (green day) Total of 10 syns

    Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled, 2 EL laughing cows, beans and mushrooms;

    Snack: Belgium choc options [2 syns];

    Lunch: Jacket taty with 1 EL laughing cow and cucumber batons, followed by SW jelly sweets [1 syn];

    Snack: Milky bar [3.5 syns], banana, apple and grapes;

    Dinner: Left over veg stir-fry and cheesecake [3.5 syns].

    Supper: 2 slices 800g wholemeal bread (2HEb), SW fried egg.

    1 HEa = Milk with drinks
    2 HEa = Extra light laughing cows
    1 HEb = 1 slice 800g wholemeal bread
    2 HEb = 1 slice 800g wholemeal bread


    SUNDAY (extra easy) Unknown total amount but guessing at alot cos that chocolate amaretto slice was really really chocolatey

    Breakfast: Bacon, homemade hash brown, eggs, beans, mushrooms and 1 slice 800g wholemeal bread (HEb) and 2 pork chipolaters [4 syns].

    Lunch: Jacket potato with laughing cow [2 syns], cucumber and carrot sticks and chunk of chicken with skin removed;

    Snack: 2 jaffa cakes [5 syns] and quarter of piece of chocolate and amaretto slice [unknown]

    Dinner: Fruit salad (apple, banana, pear, orange) with a vanilla mullerlight.

    1 HEa = Milk with drinks
    1 HEb = 1 slice 800g wholemeal bread


    MONDAY (green day) Total of 13 syns

    Breakfast: 42g All Bran with SS milk, a banana and a pear;

    Lunch: Lettuce, pasta, cucumber, egg, onion, sweetcorn, peppers, beetroot and a small blob of cheese savory [estimate of 4 syns for mayo, HEa for cheese];

    Not sure why but im not feeling as though im doing well this week, even though my diary says I am :confused:

    Snacks: Apple, banana,

    Dinner: SW chips, mushy peas and meat free burger [1 syn]. Quarter of a slice of chocolate and amaretto slice [guestimate of 8 syns].

    Supper: 1 slice 800g wholemeal bread, laughing cow.

    1 HEa = Milk with drinks and cereal
    2 HEa = Cheese
    1 HEb = All Bran
    2 HEb = 1 slice 800g wholemeal bread.


    TUESDAY (green day)Total of 0syns

    Breakfast: 1 slice 800g wholemeal bread and SW fried egg;

    Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, onion, pepper, sweetcorn, beetroot, pasta and tiny sprinkle of cheese, followed by an apple.

    Snack: Banana, apple, yoghurt;

    Dinner: Veg stir-fry with noodles (leeks, carrots, onion, sprouts and noodles). It wo gorgeous.

    Supper: Banana;

    1 HEa = milk
    2 HEa = cheese
    1 HEb = 1 slice 800g wholemeal bread
    2 HEb = zilch :(


    WEDNESDAY (green day)Total of ?? syns

    Breakfast: beans, SW fried egg and 4 EL laughing cows;

    Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, pepper, mushroom, tomato, potatoe and egg;

    Snacks: Grapes, Ryvita minis, pear, apple;

    Dinner: Mushy pea curry with jacket potato;

    1 HEa = Milk with drinks;
    2 HEa = Extra light laughing cows;
    1 HEb = Ryvita minis
    2 HEb = zilch :(

    This week's aim is to definitely get into the next stone bracket, so 1/2lb and ill be thrilled.

    THURSDAY

    Breakfast: Beans, 2 EL laughing cows, mushrooms, SW fried egg and 1 slice of 800g wholemeal toast;

    Snack: Grapes, belguim choc options [2 syns];

    Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper, onion, boiled egg, FF cottage cheese;

    Dinner: Left over mushypea curry with vegetable savoury rice;

    Snacks: 4 quality streets [10 syns] and a crumpet [4 syns] with light spread [2 syns];

    1st HEa = 2 extra light laughing cows;
    2nd HEa = semi-skimmed milk
    1st HEb = 1 slice 800g wholemeal loaf;

    Daily syns = 18 :(


    FRIDAY (green day)

    Breakfast: All Bran with milk;

    Snack: Grapes;

    Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, carrot, pepper, mushroom, left over veg rice;

    Snack: 1 rolo [2 syns] grapes;

    Dinner: Beans, 2 laughing cows and egg. Followed by a SW mousse [2 syns];

    Supper: Ravioli [2 syns] and egg;

    1 HEa = Semi-skimmed milk;
    1 HEb = 42g All bran;

    Daily syns = 6 syns




    SATURDAY, SUNDAY & MONDAY
    All 3 days were really bad. I'v well and truly fallen off the wagon :(



    Daily syns = Way too many!!
