i am going on holiday in 3 weeks but i decided to start b4 i go anyway as it would have been another excuse to put it off.
my main reason to lose the lbs is most of my clothes dont fit anymore and i feel really uncomfortable at this weight. so hoping to get my weight down slowly over the next 3months.:thankyou:

Definately best to start before your holiday, even if you put on weight during your holiday it probably won't be as much as if you weren't on the diet (it's always in the back of your mind), and you'll still be lighter then you would have been if you hadn't lost weight for three weeks before - Hmm, I'm not sure if I've made any sense there! lol

So where are you going on holiday?
