Ok so its that time of year AGAIN when we are full of good intentions of how (after Christmas) we are going to get back on track and make positive changes. Instead of resolutions this year (because we all know how long they last) I am posting my list of things that I am going to commit to doing one at a time
What are yours?
2014 I will:
Maintain my target weight!
Continue to support others!
Work on my self confidence and not let others drag me down!
Run my first half marathon!
Not too many I can always add more on as I go but don't want to overload myself unrealistically.
