Hello all,
I joined minimins over the summer, posted a couple of times as I started calorie counting but then moved back to my Uni city (not a student anymore - but living like one with my postgrad friends!) and went completely off track.
I've lost 10lbs since the summer, mostly from working on my feet all day I think, but this shows I CAN lose weight! It's time to focus, I'm 21 and going travelling in November around the world, and I want to be able to dance around in a bikini without hiding away.
I've joined the gym, started couch to 5k, started a food combining diet where I don't eat protein and carbohydrates together (as a vegetarian this is mainly a great way of stopping me putting cheese on bread/pasta or generally overeating the both!) and am counting calories on MFP.
I started dieting last week, at 14stone 4 (I'm 5"11) and I WILL be less than 12 stone by the summer.
I'm fed up of wishing I could lose weight, it's time for change.
