How are you and "the boy" doing? My headache has lifted a bit -- I need to plan for this evening. I'll bring a bar, carry water, gum, and buy decaf coffee. I'll save the mousse/shake for when I get home. So, I'll have a "meal" packet over steamed veg as late as possible before we head to London.
I'm lucky that DH won't insist on a meal out -- he'll have something here before we go, and "make do". He needs to relose most of what he lost on South Beach and I'm going to star him back on it next week. I had to get myself sorted on the plan first. Then it'll be cooking the SB way, measuring his food and encouraging him to work out. He'll lose the first stone pretty fast, then then the next two might take a bit longer. I'm disappointed he gained most if it back - I worked hard to get it off him.
