I don't feel far from a whale tbh! The thought of a beach, swimming pool, swimming costume and me all together is enough to make me want to cry lol It's good motivation though, I've bought clothes that aren't going to fit if I don't stick with it. I'm having oven baked chicken, swede rostis and dry fried mushroom, courgette and spinach for my tea. Looking forward to it! :)

Food sounds yummy! Three stones is very possible -- but if not all three -- you'll be much slimmer. ;)
 
I'm sure you'll be fine Hun-you should be easily able to lose 3 if you've got 5 months xxx

3 stone is definitely doable in the next 5 months as long as I stick with it. It has taken me 3 and a half to lose just over 2 with all the weekends off though! We've got nothing else coming up now though so any more time off and really it's just an excuse so no more weekends off! I'd like to have a month or so before holiday after hitting goal so that I can hit the gym and try to tone up a little bit, just really hope that I'm not saggy then!!

Breakfast: Chocolate shake
Lunch: Cottage pie
Dinner: Chicken breast, swede rostis and curried mushroom, courgette and spinach
Evening snack: Maple bar

Total calories: 655
Total carbs 50g

That's what I need to remind myself of every time I feel tempted. If I keep on track like today, in 5 weeks I could have lost a lot, in 5 months I'll be on holiday at goal!

Mine says I'll 195lbs in 5 weeks. Still sounds like an awful lot though :(
 
Yeah but think how much less that is than now though! 206lb would be 24lb above goal. For me that's so close it's pretty much unimaginable!

School! The head is retiring so had a tea and cake gathering after school with the staff, other local heads and people like that. Didn't stay to long, I couldn't!
