Hey everyone.
Im glad iv found this forum as its crunch time and i need to lose all this extra weight. Im currently 15st 11lbs (221lbs) my goal weight is 9st 7lbs (133lbs). I dont have a goal weight but i think if i lose around 2lbs a week i should be able to lose my weight in about 6/7months. Im also thinking of joining weight watchers as i know theres a few around where i live. Still deciding on a diet though. Hoping to get started on my diet next week.
