    Hi all, I have around 8/9/10 stone to lose lol I have never been slim so no idea what my idea weight is.

    I am 19 stone 4 and I will be following slimming world from home loosely but I am keen not to "diet" as such and work on changing my habits x

    You're definitely in the right place here. Changing your habits/life is definitely the right way to go about it. It's no good fixating on only eating better if you go straight back to your old way of life once the weight starts to come off. It's all about changing your habits for life - and it's hard!
