Hi im zoe in a new member here
On march 31st I joined slimming world
Week one I lost 7lb
Week two I was on holiday it was a different group but apparently only lost half a pound
Tonight will be week 3 weigh this week was hard I was really put of by the different group so was doing rubbish... I got back on track saturday and hope to lost at least a pound

Im so tired of being big tired of being overweight and telling my lb I cant go on the swing or alide bwcause im two big :( now time for change time for a new me!
 
:welcome: Zoe. Well done for your first weeks loss of 7lb. We all know the feeling of being overweight but don't let that get you down and it's good you're back on track. Why not join some of the challenges on here? You might find them useful and have a bit of fun at the same time too!!
