Hey!

Im new to Lipotrim..... ive just finished my 3rd day and its going ok so far.
Today I did feel really weak and tired... is this normal for the first week?

I have a lot to lose but as i am just finishing Uni... i am going traveling in the summer so my Pharmacist wants me to start refeeding in 10 weeks... Im hoping i can lose at least 3 stone by then.

I just wish i discovered Lipotrim earlier... but heres hoping it goes well.

I had the chicken soup for the first time today... i thought it was really nice.

I hope everyone is doing well and that their Lipotrim experience is going well.

Hello and welcome to the fold hun. Day three is usually one of the bad days....that and day five for me! Your carbs are running out and your body is switching over to burning your stored fats.....just thing everything you do will be burning your fat off. You can lose loads in 10 weeks. Good luck. xx

Coz you've not got any sugar reserves you'll get tired very quickly if you exercise. It really isn't necessary.......how FANTASTIC is that!!

Good luck Hanna - if you like the chicken soup you have crossed a hurdle as a lot of people don't take to them. Look back over previous posts for different ways to enjoy your shakes - hot or iced ect. GL with the rest of your first week - just stay focused on the first weigh in and be strong. Julia xx

Need to be careful with exercise as you are only taking into a few cals....I found some light weights and cardio really toned me up....

Hi Hannah - it says you can have Earl Grey tea on the Lipotrim carrier bag I get from the Pharmacy every week.:D
On my carrier bag it says Leaf tea (black only) - No teas from fruit, berries, flowers etc. Any tea that is pure leaf extract, loose or tea-bag is ok.

I wonder when the changed this about Early Grey tea:confused:
