Newbie Cambridge Diet Diary

    Hi all,

    I am brand new to this forum and also brand new to the cambridge diet!

    Only on day 2 today and feeling rubbish where I am detoxing from all the carbs etc. Hope this gets better!

    Welcome to minimins. Good luck on ur weight loss journey. It will get better after a few days once you get into ketosis.

    I have been doing ok but still feel a bit rubbish (largely due to years of over eating) but I am ok and starting to notice a massive difference which is awesome!

    Thanks for the encourgement, it really helps :D

    keep going with it once you hit ketosis you will feel fab. Is that hayling in your name to do with hayling island??

    Hi sarah, best of luck. after 3/4 days you will feel alot better. your right its just withdrawing from the carbs!! having a diary will help keep you on track aswell xx

    Hey there. Yep first few days suck, but the longer you go the better you feel and the weight loss buzz hits you. Keep it up hun.
