I am a veggie, so if I do go from SS to SS+ I will normally have quorn chunks roasted with some seasoning and then cut up celery, cucumber and lettuce not exactly mouth watering but deals with the craving for food and does make me feel full.

Good luck stick with it and stay postitive normally a first weeks loss is a good one.
