Hi all. I'm 35 and in 2008 I managed to lose 2 stone. Sadly 2 strokes and a diagnosis of MS meant regaining that 2 stone plus an additional 2 stone! My mobility is much better now. I was put on xenical last december and due to other meds and mobility issues my loss has been slow. I am now 30lbs lighter, which I think is an achievement given that I spent 5 wks in pot after breaking me ankle and spending a considerable amount of time in my wheelchair and struggling to exercise. I have over 100lbs more to go and thought I'd seek support.

Good luck with everything, hopefully the differences you can see with the weight you've already lost will motivate you to lose even more.

Take it nice and slowly. Thats my plan. I am giving myself a year to lose the 50lbs i need to lose. The time will pass anyway.
