    Hi all, I thought I'd post and hopefully you call all help to keep my on track.
    So far I've lost 12.5lbs but lacking motivation the last few days. Hopefully you all have some great nuggets of wisdom!
    So far today I've had a banana and a muller light. Lunch is pasta with 2.5syn sauce and veg and fruit. Don't know about dinner yet.

    Looking forward to getting to know you all x

    Dinner was steamed chicken, pasta and tomato, mushroom medley. Didn't end up eating the pasta as was full. Syns are a pink n white (microwaved) and a sherbet dib dab x

    Today I had muller light with alpen bar and banana for brekkie, pasta with last nights left over mushroom onion and tomato medley. For tea I'm have minted lamb chop, mash, beg and gravy. No syns so far :)

    That's Brill well done you! Oooo honestly it will come! When I was loosing weight last yr for the wedding and I managed just short of 6 stone, felt like it would never happen but it did! Xx

    Just over a year, then I had an all inclusive honeymoon and pigged out till after Xmas hence my 2 stone gain lol x
