New to minimins

Hi
I been doing slimming world since beginning of May. My weight has been yo-yoing for a few weeks. But I am starting to run and I feel firmer already!
I was 12st 6, now only 12st 1, its not alot but its something.
I hope to lose a stone at least on this diet, i done it before and lost a stone but I loose it for hols then go and hols and go mad, I hope to keep it off this time.
