NEWBIE Food diary...please help :-)

Hi everyone!

I'm new to Slimming World and going to my first class tonight :-S
I do know a bit about the diet from friends and work colleagues who have down amazing...and i am really looking forward to it.
I'm used to Weightwatchers, and although i did really well last year and hit my target, i was always hungry.so looking forward to feeling full :)
Ive put all the weight i lost back on, grrrrr...so would like to lose it again and keep it off for good!!

Anyway, i will be adding my food diary daily, so please correct me if i'm not doing it right.
