newbie from kent!

    Hiya, came across this forum when googling and it looks great!

    I'm Dee, I'm 28, from Kent, married with two kids aged 4 and almost 1.

    Now our family is complete there is no excuse for me not to shift the 4-stone that has crept on in the last 5 years!

    I've lost 12.5lbs just through calorie counting at home, but have now switched to giving weight watchers a go...

    It is hard with little ones .... Been there .... Keep drinking water will speed everything up :) x

    I am a mum of two from kent too :) I have twin girls who are now nearly 7 ... I lost my baby weight straight away but then lapsed into a life of eating home made muffins ...
