Maybe someone can help me. I've been for a week already and only lost 1pound neither inches and i am in SS drinking almos 3 1/2 liter a day and having only 2 soups an a shake a day.

What i am doing wrong? why is not working?

Also i haven't been able to go to the bathroom the whole week, what i am alloud to take. I always had problems going to the bathroom, and taking laxatives all my life, what always had worked for me was Wigan cleansing herbs, but i haven't take it at all,

Is this normal? Some else has the same problem?

Hun welcome aboard. Sorry u r having some problems at the moment it sounds like u r constipated Cd sell a product called Fibre 69 which will help with the constipation.
Hope this helps u amsure there will soon be someone along who can offer u some more advice.
