i drink like a fish anyway, at least a pint an hour from 9 am till 10 pm

heya.

getting on well, tried chocy shake was nice enough, strawberry shake was yum, caffe latter wasn't too bad but is not a fave but i'd buy it again.

chocofudge meal bar and fruity meal bar both yummy

snack bar- fruity one ok, choco one ok as well both taste a bit fake.
but if i loose weight its worth it

what are you eating for snacks and your evening meal ..i did cd and lost 3 stone but have near enough 2 on again :(

mix

got 2 week of shakes 1 mix pack and 1 stawberry pt and mix them 2 last the two weeks :D choc stawberry:D

i've heard the choc s'berry is nice

how do u get it half and half? spoon it out

i seen somewere u can mix them half n half

tastes like s'berry roses (tinned roses)
