Just popping in to say hello. I've joined this site for some inspiration and motivation. I've done all the ww and sw diets and having spent a month on just counting cals I've had more progress than the forementioned. My aim is to lose 50-60lbs and so far in my first month I've lost 12, up until Father's Day when it all went t1ts up for the day. So now I'm back on the diet and looking to kick on again. So feel free to follow my journey, encourage, help and even critizie me if needed.
