Here's week 2's food diary
Breakfast and lunches have been exactly the same as last weeks,
I've also drank 2 1/2 litres of water daily

Monday
Dinner....diet cola chicken, potato wedges with some cheese (healthy extra) and salad
Syns was a weight watchers caramel choc bar 4 syns

Tuesday...
Dinner....
Slimming world recipe cauliflower rosti pie and salad


Syns
Asda mini donuts x 3 I think they were 2 syns each

Kit Kat (2finger) 5.5 syns

Wednesday
Dinner....gammon, wedges with cheese (HEA) pineapple and salad
Syns
Kitkat (2fingers) 5.5 syns
6 liquorice all sorts 6 syns

Thursday
Dinner....
Chicken breast and salad

Syns
2 choc digestives 6 syns
And cheese and onion crisps 9 syns

Friday
Dinner....
Jacket potato with baked beans
Cheese (HEA) and salad

Syns... prawn cocktail crisps 9 syns
Options hot chocolate 2 syns

Saturday
Dinner.... pizza topped chicken (HEA FOR CHEESE) jacket potato (1.5 syn butter) and salad
Syns
Kit Kat (2finger) 5.5 syns
Peanut m and ms 12 syns (OH MY GOSH)
And a fab lolly 4 syns

Sunday (today)
Dinner and lunch was the same as last week
But breakfast I had a McDonald's breakfast wrap!!!! Naughty I know but I needed a treat after an awful, stressful 2 night shifts

So that was 30 syns
And then
Today's syns were
Options hot choc 2 syns
Fab lolly 4 syns
Maltesers 9 syns
French fries 4 syns

THATS 125 syns this week
Gutted I went over by 20 but hoping for a loss still and will try much much harder next week to steer clear of so much choc and NO MCDONALDS :whip:
