NEWBIE IN NEED OF HELP

Hi
I wonder if someone can give me advice I am new to this and I think i am getting confused with extra easy, original and green days and what is best? I need to lose about 4 stone and I am in real need to do this right :flirt2:
 
The different plans work differently for different people. Some people find they lose more on red, others green etc etc. It's a matter of just trying them all really and seeing which one works best for you and which one fits best into your lifestyle. And don't forget you can mix them up daily too - EE one day, original the day after, green the next... just find what works for YOU! :)
