Newbie-ish!

Afternoon all :D

Well the holiday is booked so here I am!

I have previously lost 4st on CD so after a couple of failed attempts after having a baby I'm back again.

Trying to be realistic as in the I've done SS and fell off the wagon!

I'm thinkin of doing 810 and was wondering what the meal options are?

I know bout the chicken (unsure of weight) and cottage cheese etc but believe you can now have prawns too? Also know bout the green and white veg.

Any advice O wise ones?
