Hi everyone :sign0144: just wanted to say hello to you all

I've been reading all your fab posts for a while now and finally took the plunge and re-joined SW last night. I knew I would have gained a fair bit since I left group last year it's fair to say I was a tad nervous! Anyway, on the scales I got and let's just say it wasn't the happiest moment of my life, however I also felt quite proud at facing them pesky numbers and today I feel blooming determined

I know there's some supportive peeps on here and I'm looking forward to being a part of it all with you guys

Hi and welcome,
Just tell yourself that those numbers are the worst you'll ever have to face!
I lost 4 stone with SW 7 years ago and slowly regained it. Rejoined in March 2011 and have lost 2 1/2 of it again.
Having all this support makes it so much more fun.
