Newbie looking for a bikini body - food diary

is this your first time doing SW? how are you finding it? Well, i only lost 1/2lb this week which i guess is better than nothing, but I feel so disappointed considering I have done so well with my eating/drinking this week!!
Lol - I love salad cream :) dont like the really light one though.

Food diary for today:

B: 2 dryfried eggs, ketchup (1 syn)
peach
melon

L: Ham salad sandwich on ww bread (hexb) and salad cream (1 syns)
Cherries
Mullerlight

D: homemade chilli and rice

Snack: M&Ms - 3.5 syns
 
Friday 6th July

B: was meant to be the usual eggs but i slept in and i couldnt be bothered making them, so had Branflakes (Hexb) and SS Milk (HexA), Peach
L: Tuna salad sandwich on WW bread (5 syns) with salad cream (1 syn)
Mullerlight
Cherries and Melon

D: will be homemade south indian garlic chilli chicken curry with rice (3 syns in sugar in curry sauce)

Also going to go our for a couple of wines after work (13 syns)

So going to be over in syns today but will claw them back over the rest of the week!!!
 
saturday 7th July

B - dry fried eggs, bacon, 1 slice ww bread (1/2 hexb) and ketchup (1 syn)

L - am cooking a sweet potato, red pepper and spinach frittata (more eggs) so will see how that turns out (1/2 hex a)

D - will be chicken salad with wagamama salad dressing (1 syn)

Milk in tea - 1/2 hexa

Walked to Asda which was a 4 mile round trip so hoping I've burned off some of the calories from the 3 glasses of wine I had last night!

Got some little milky bars(69 cals) so will prob have one of them tonight - 3.5 syns
Amaretto - 4.5 syns

Thursday 12th July - weighed in at 7.30 pm and lost a pound, so that's 7.5lbs in 3 weeks. Hoping for a good loss next week since only lost 1.5lbs in 2 weeks.

Was really bad and for a treat had a honeymoon slice after weigh in which was probably about 15 syns!!

L- pizza express pollo & pancetta salad with dressing on side. Ate 2 bits of the bread it came with. Am guesstimating 12 syns??

1 French martini and 1 cosmo - 10 syns?

D- chicken, noodles and veg

Eek, slightly over on the syns but my friend is over from honk kong so had to have a couple of cocktails to celebrate!!



Sunday 15th July

B - 2 slices ww bread (hexb), 2 boiled eggs and 2 bits of bacon, fat trimmed off

L- not that hungry - melon and muller light

D - will be homemade chilli and rice with veg

And will be having 1 or 2 glasses of wine later (6.5 - 13 syns)
