newbie ... looking for help & support x

Hey im Carrie im 23 from Shoreham-by-Sea. I'm looking for chat friends who can help with support i need to lose 4.5 stone im at my all time biggest currently 15st 1lb,and i hate it!
I have tried soooo many times to diet and keep failing but im now becoming ill with it on a daily basis. Is there anyone here who would like support in return on there quest to be a skinny one
Now my youngest is starting full time school in september i have more time on my hands to do things for myself
My current goal is to lose 21lbs by 28th august ready for my birthday night out

I use WLM and email to keep in touch so just gimme a shout on here and we'll chat
