Heyyy!
I'm 21 years old and always been rather "cuddly"...
By the age of 16 I was at my heaviest at 19stone...
Now, through a !!LOT!! of hard work I'm down to 11st 7lbs
However, I'm really really reeeeeeally struggling to keep on track without binge eating every other few days, and all my life I've just needed that little help or support from someone because no-one's ever helped me with this problem and now that I'm so close I don't want to give up...
My goal is to be down to 11 stone, but my dream weight is 10st 7lbs...
I go to the gym nearly every day and absolutely love it, it's my life! (saddo I know! )
But I get discouraged that I exercise so hard and usually eat about 1100 calories to find myself staying the same weight or losing the odd lb here or there... When other people do the simplest things and the weight drops off them! This discourages me greatly
Also, chocolate and crisps haven't passed my lips in 2 and a half years! So I know I have the will power, I'm not a weak person! I can't stand unhealthy food, shocking I know! But I guess that's why I've lost 7 and a half stone already...
None of my family or friends will help me, are there any other people out there who feel the same??
Any advice and support would be hugely welcomed and appreciated...
