Newbie :) needs ideas :)

Hi everyone

I went to Gp last nite and have BMI of 41 :cry:

After few attempts at cambridge, and some success, but weight went back on plus more, Im now gonna try the tablets.

Im not a great cook, I also eat lots of snacks and quicky foods as I run a clinic and have little time to eat , any ideas welcome, Ive gotta keep it off this time :eek:

I cant find a sticky on here with low fat foods we can eat, have i missed it ???

There's no sticky for low fat foods as to be honest the list would be a long long lonnnggg one lol You don't need to buy/eat specifically labelled low fat foods, as long as you check the labels, and that the total fat content is no more than 5g of fat per 100g of food product and that your meal comes to no more than 15g of fat. I'd really recommend you keep a food diary, especially at first. I found ( and still find because 2 years down the line I still have a food diary lol), that it really helps you.

i read the labels re fat content on anything I pick up, and decide if I can have it or not!
