Hi there
I did sw a long time ago, I have managed to lose 6st myself but struggling now it's getting colder
Any handy yips for succeeding would be greatly appreciated many thanks

Hi Mel, :welcome2: and well done you!! for that huge weight loss so far.
I no longer go to class, but when I did the consultant once said - if you are off track, just one good food optimising day will get you back and focussed - I found that worked for me.
Also I find that planning at least 2 or 3 days in advance helps.
I guess by your comment on it getting colder, that you probably eat lots of salad, if so why not pre-cook some soup, chilli, curry make a big load and freeze the rest so it's always available.

I intend on batch cooking but in the process of moving so lots of stuff packed lol
Only on day two but coping I think craving chocolate like mad tho :/(
