    I was. I think that was 4 packs and skimmed milk. Though I never understood why it was called that?!

    Hi thanks yes I'm on 4 shakes/ soup a day and 1 pint of skimmed milk. Was told I had to wait till my BMI is down to 40 before going in the steps. Day 14 today

    Forgot to say I had my first weigh in on Thursday lost 9 3/4lbs but I felt I had lost more than that.
