Newbie - pasta and sauce - confused.com!

Can one of you lovely people tell me whether the chicken and mushroom pasta and sauce by batchelors is free and whether I need to include the milk out of my allowance?

Therea a thread somewhere on here regarding pasta and sauce... Im not sure of the syns but I know for sure the milk must come from HE allowance. Im sure some make it with water? Ive never tried this though

Look at the sticky thread and you will see which are free, but yes you need to make the free ones with water not milk. Unless using HEa allowance.

Chicken and mushroom is free on Green and EE, but only if you make with water and don't put in butter/margarine.

I make mine with water - tastes perfectly fine to me and leaves my HExA milk for tea/coffee/Chocy options etc!

I use these alot so I copied and pasted the stickie info into a file on my PC............
