New to this

Hi, I've just found this web site, and wonder if anyone can help me. It looks as though we will be moving to Hamburg in the summer. At the moment I live in the Uk, and have lost almost 2 stone with SW since September. I have been going to a group nearby, and enjoy the support and motivation I get each week ( I'm easily distracted at home if I don't have that constant reminder!). Are there SW groups in Germany, or do you guys do it on line and get your support through this forum? I do speak some German, so even a local German group could, with a bit of perseverance, be achievable, but I can't seem to find anything.

Try posting in the slimming world syn values folder, you'll have better luck there xxx
