Hi jennjenn84. I'm finding the diet ok so far but my motivation hasn't been great. Think I just had too much on over Christmas etc. I'm really pushed for time and find making time for the classes a real struggle so I'm trying to just follow it myself for now but I still need the feeling of someone looking over my shoulder and keeping me on the straight and narrow IYKWIM. That's why I joined this forum, I can post my stats here and can pop on when I have time. Looking forward to it

How do you find it? By your stats you seem to be doing really well.
I've tried WW before but I was always hungry. SW seems to be working for so many people just now so it definitely seems to be the way to go.
