    Hi jennjenn84. I'm finding the diet ok so far but my motivation hasn't been great. Think I just had too much on over Christmas etc. I'm really pushed for time and find making time for the classes a real struggle so I'm trying to just follow it myself for now but I still need the feeling of someone looking over my shoulder and keeping me on the straight and narrow IYKWIM. That's why I joined this forum, I can post my stats here and can pop on when I have time. Looking forward to it :).

    How do you find it? By your stats you seem to be doing really well.

    I've tried WW before but I was always hungry. SW seems to be working for so many people just now so it definitely seems to be the way to go.

    I only joined last week and like you have done WW but I hated the new pro point, always felt hungry but since joining SW last week I've not felt hungry at all! I did get to a point last week and worry I was eating too much but I stuck with the plan and lost 5.5lbs :)

    So stick with it, we're all behind you :D

    haileyhaiz :wavey:- I know exactly what you mean. I was making dinners and my OH kept saying "Are you sure you're following your diet?" He couldn't believe how much food I was allowed to eat LOL. 5.5lbs - Great weight loss - proves it works doesn't it :D

    I'm really enjoying it, it seems to have clicked this time. I'm enjoying trying new recipes. I'm loving this forum, it's really helping keeping me motivated.

    What day are you weighing in?

    Yeah I've had more support in this forum in the last day than I've had at my group. It's really helping. My official SW weigh in day was a Wednesday so I'll keep to that. I'll weigh in tomorrow night and post it here instead. So tomorrow is my get back into it day lol. Need to get a diary page set up to track my food. Have you got one?

    No I don't do a diary, I hate writing everything down, as I start to get obsessed with everything I'm eating. I always have my healthy extras for breakfast and just keep a tally of my syns throughout the day/week.

    Hey newbie here too

    I've been the same, I'm following SW online at home and was looking for a site to post online and get my motivation up a bit as it's a bit hard to when doing from home lol. I started on the 6th jan and so far I'm on the edge of losing my first stone! Hoping to have a good week and getting the 1st down next week for my birthday on tues so a nice present to give myself lol. My official weigh in day is monday so see how I get on :)

    How is everyone else finding it this week going well?

    Good point jennjenn writing it all down could make me constantly think of food. Might try your way for a couple of weeks and see how it goes. Hi Colleen great start for you. I'm sure you'll manage your stone for your birthday. Good luck :)
