Good luck Tommy, I know the feeling, its hard when you have a lot to lose. But, every small step you make, is a step in the right direction...:)

Hiya and welcome to this fab site....you cant do better for help and support.....which diet are you doing.....there are so many,.....lol.

Thanks for all the welcome messages! I have no idea which diet to follow, there are so many. I used to play rugby to a high level and then got injured and can never play again. Since then I have just piled on the weight. However, all I really used to know was training and eating healthely and have never tried a structured 'diet'.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks
