Newbie saying hi :)

Hi everyone, I'm really hoping joining you guys here and slimming world, gets me to the end of a very long battle with the buldge.

I started my journey 18 months ago, on my own without the help of SW, just plain old healthy eating. I was a size 26 (actually a size 26 uniform in work didn't fit). I was so fed up of being the biggest person in the room, cinema, on the bus, basically anywhere I went, I felt so out of place. I never owned a scales in my life (back then, they were my nightmare) so I've no idea what weight I was pre-diet.

I'm now the proud owner of a size 16 body. I joined SW at 14.11lbs, 3 weeks ago. I'm now 14.5lbs, -6lbs in three weeks :) At 5ft.9, I can hold this weight okish lol. I'd really love to be 12.5 stone, so you can see i've no real need to be super slim, but I do want to be healthy.

Hopefully, you guys can give me your tips/ advice etc.

Good Luck!!! I'm just starting today - can't wait to see my first weight loss! Sick of seeing the scales rising! So depressing!
I'm turning 34 soon and i'd love to be at my goal weight by my 35th birthday. Gives me a bit over a year to lose 75lb. I'm gonna try my butt off!
