Newbie - snacks

Hi there.

I'm new to slimming world joined 2 weeks ago but haven't actually started yet 🙈. I know the plan I've joined many times before.

I really struggle with snack ideas other than fruit, what are good low syn options chocolate & cake is my trigger good & takeaways as I work evenings we eat pretty late so doesn't help.

Anyone with top tips?

hi hun im the same, try mixing option hot chocolate with quark and adding forest fruits with low fat squirty cream its fantastic in a latte glass and really stops the craving but has lots of speed in it xx
