Hi girls. I need some serious butt kicking. This is my 2nd time doing SS, the first time I only lasted a weel as my will power just wasn't strong enough, now 1 yr on, 1st heavier IAM doing it this time. Last time i failed was because everyone was saying how stupid it was blah blah blah, Not listening to anyone but myself. Want to lose around 3 stone. Onwards and up(down)wards hey!!

    xx

Good on you. From what I've been reading you need to be in the right frame of mind to succeed at this diet. I'm on day 5 and I've been finding today hard because it is TOTM, but I haven't wavered because I want to lose 5st by the autumn.

You can do it!!!! We can do it!!!!

    Hey
Just wanted to wish you good luck on your journey.
Dont listen to anyone else everyone has something to say about the diet. but trust me once you start losing people start to want to jump on and try it themselves.
If you stick with it you see great results..
    Good luck x

I have found the same when telling people I have started on this diet. Why do people feel the need to be so negative when we are trying to make a change to our lifestyle for the better. I just think it's because they don't understand how the diet works.
Keep positive and keep thinking of why you want to do this and how it's going to feel when you reach goal-they won't be thinking it's silly then lol. Zoe x

Thankyou Zoe. My mum is the worst and I can't not tell her as I go to hers twice a week for dinner. Will just ignore her and keep at it. x

Good luck mumt04, you know you can do it! I find that people are negative because its alien to them not to eat a proper meal. I just say well its not for ever & being a fulltime working mum it fits with my shedule. The girls at work know I am doing it & they are very supportive. However have not told my mum as she wont be so understanding, am avoiding her until I lose a stone, then I can say well its working! If you are losing people can't moan, I find its the jealous ones that are negative.:)
