So today is the day I am starting the cambridge diet! :wave_cry:
I have woken up this morning and had my first chocolate shake (I hate milkshakes anyway so had to drink it with my nose pinched!)
Ive got a mixture of veggie soup and chicken and mushroom for my lunch and dinner!... Delightful!
Ive already drunk 1 pint of water and am going to aim to drink about 5/6 pints a day as I drink lots of water anyway!
Ive got about 4 stone to lose and am really hoping for a big loss in my first week to give me that much needed boost!
